Hi, I’m Jeury Salcedo, a certified personal trainer with 5 certifications in fitness, nutrition, and corrective exercise. I specialize in helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier through strength training, sustainable weight loss strategies, nutritional guidance, posture assessment, and rehab-focused programming.
